Cannot Cancel a contract for Breach of contract
There should be an official option to cancel a signed contract if the other party breaches that contract. In my case, I have a room rental that we both signed and the tenant tells me he does not have the funds for the security deposit which is a requirement when signing the agreement, He told me he will give it to me when he arrives in 15 days, but that is not the agreement. Therefor I am terminating his contract for breach. But I cannot cancel the contract in Adobe.

Dynamic File Naming Using Signer or Field Values
I would like the ability to dynamically populate the signed agreement file name using either a signer name or the value from a specific form field.
For example:[Template Name] – [Signer Name].pdf
[Template Name] – [Student ID Field].pdf
[Department] – [Signer Last Name] – Signed.pdfThis would allow organizations to generate meaningful, consistent, and searchable file names automatically at the time of signing, without requiring manual renaming after download or storage.

Please bring back the notes button.
This was handy while tracking, at a glance, what agreements have been downloaded and processed according to our internal process. "Create a copy" isn't useful when a template is used for agreements.

for e-sign procedure
I need the system just shows only e-mails that most sent or recent e-mail I've sent. (it always auto-shows a lot of unnecessary emails it could be mistaken picked in the loop)
Auto-place fields and Field templates buttons show late after E-sign button, those two buttons are kind of unnecessary here on the top of the row, one is always mistaken picked and it's a wrong button of course! We, the senders, need exactly and manually recheck the document here.
"Error saving mobile focus form fields" box -- I think it only show once is enough and not the sender…

Template Folder
Our organization supports over 200 individual buildings, each with hundreds of recurring document templates such as procedures, compliance forms, access authorizations, and operational approvals. Today, all templates exist in a single list, which creates the following challenges:
Difficult template discovery and slower user workflows
Increased risk of selecting the wrong template for the wrong building
Limited ability to delegate ownership or manage access by location or team

copy paste
When I copy a field to paste on the next page, it pastes slightly lower than where I copied it on the previous page. It would be great if I could copy a field and paste it exactly to the same place on the next page. Additionally, I would love to see a feature where you can paste something to all pages. For example, if you need to initial each page, instead of having to paste it on each page individually, i would love to see a "paste to all pages" and have it show in the same place on…

Prevent Users from Drawing Below the Signature Line
Please prevent users from being able to sign or draw below the signature line.
Currently, if someone draws below the line, it will cover up their printed name below and you aren't able to tell who signed the document.4 votes -
iress Xplan Integration
Within financial services, most back office systems have an integration with DocuSign, however, we are currently migrating to iress' Xplan and are also users of Adobe Sign. An integration between the 2 applications would be great, as currently they only have an integration with DocuSign.

Customize field locations
Users should be able customize the location of fields under the "Add Fields" on the left hand side of the page. I always use Title so I would like it to be one of the top options. I rarely ever use #, check box, or radial so I should be able to move those fields lower.

A first time recipient, not a signer, of the document was confused why s/he received unsigned document. So, is there a way for the esign initiator to have Adobe esign send a fully signed document to an individual after all parties have signed?

Fix Bug in Adobe Sign for Salesforce
When creating data or merge mapping records, if an object has more than 1,000 fields the visual force page throws an error - collection size 1,178 exceeds maximum size of 1,000. We are unable create a merge or data mapping. Reference E-002043142 and E-001998867

Tab order should follow original document or be editable in webforms
I have a multi-column form which needs to tab down the page then back up to the top of the next column. I spent a considerable amount of time editing the tab order in Acrobat to follow the pattern of the document. When I load the document into webforms it ignores the tab order from the source document and instead does it's own thing, which for my document means it's tabbing all over the place instead of following the flow of the document. Ideally web forms should just accept the order set in the source document, but if that's too…

Acrobat Web app fails to correctly implement checkbox styles, colors + data replication
The design and behavior of check box properties are well-established in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Reader.
Unfortunately some of these properties are not compatible with Adobe web apps (including web forms and signature templates and Adobe Sign)If a PDF document has defined more than one 'check box' with the same 'Name' property, the boxes are internally named with an appended '#' (number sign) and digit(s), starting from 0 and counting upward. Example: Gender#0, Gender#1, Gender#2, etc. Each numbered instance of the checkbox has individual properties including:

Newest version of Adobe Acrobat Sign is counterproductive
This newest version has major lags reminiscent of the days of dial-up and waiting for a web page to load. I am already on a 1GB upload/download speed network with the business account. Please put it back to the previous version.

Auto populate phone number if user profile in Adobe Sign contains number
Auto populate phone number if user profile in Adobe Sign contains number. When setting up agreement recipients, if a person is added who is a user in Adobe Sign, can the SMS phone verification field be populated with the telephone number held in their user profile. This is something that I think is available in Docusign and would save time.

email attachment file names
when signing for multiple unique documents and email attachments are returned to the initiator of the agreement, the files are renamed after the subject (first set when creating agreement) and ending in PART1, PART2, PART3, etc.
I suggest having the files be returned with the original names as an option. users have to open each attachment to figure out what's what. renaming the file can be cumbersome when there are many attachments.

Assign multiple fields at once
Please bring back the feature where we can drag over a series of unassigned fields and assign them to one person. It saves so much time that is wasted on double-clicking on each field.
