A delayed signature feature4 votes
I would like to give the ability to users to password-protect documents when they complete signing them as a web form. Then, they would have to communicate to the sender what the password is. Otherwise, many sensitive items end up in a user's email inbox unprotected.
This should also come along with the ability to assign a field as a password. So there will be a field in the form that's required like, "Social Security Number" that you can enforce the format and this way if I already know my client's social security number, that will automatically be the password.…2 votes
The placement of the button at the bottom of the screen confuses many users who aren't careful to read the small text. They immediately think the Continue button is for submitting the form. Then, they are confused as to why they can't fill out the form. It is poor UX design to put the button on the bottom of the screen. It should be in the middle or possibly very clear on the…3 votes
Please add the ability to edit the name of a webform after it's created. This is a simple item that would greatly benefit users.3 votes
Because we have multiple groups, a group admin cannot delegate sharing in a group that they are admin of without being an account admin. It would be great if they had the sharing tab avaiable to them.4 votes
I'm part of the new "e-signature experience" test situation I assume is going on. My date format defaults to DD/MM/YYYY and no one in the United States dates that way. As opposed to being able to set anyone's own date format, it will always default to this way & everyone has to remember to change the date format, every......single.........time. I just spent a ridiculous amount of time in an online chat with a "tech support" rep who said this cannot be done. Each user should be able to someway, set their own date default format in this new e-signature format.1 vote

When the Acrobat Sign email, requesting a signature, is forwarded (not delegated) to a third party, that person can sign the document with the forwarding party's signature.
- Person A requests a signature from Person B, and Person B receives the Acrobat Sign email asking for a signature.
- Person B forwards this email to Person C.
- Person C follows the link in the forwarded (not delegated) email and opens the document in Adobe Sign.
- In Acrobat Sign, when Person C clicks on the signature field, they see Person B's signature.
- If Person C signs the document and closes Adobe…
Sometimes clients don't pay a down-payment after signing a document. For this reason I want to be able to VOID or CANCEL an agreement AFTER it has been signed.7 votes
Currently adding a Recipient Group as a Counter-Signer to a web form is not possible; my understanding is that this can only be done via a template at this time. It'd be nice to have this functionality on a web form as well so that any one member of a specific group can sign/approve a form.3 votes
Adobe Acrobat Sign is stripping off Certificates applied prior to uploading for e-Signatures. Please create an option in the Account Configuration to not strip off the Signatures for Digital Signatures placed using the Adobe Acrobat desktop products. Many large companies have internal systems for routing documents for signatures (using required Certificate Authorities) up until the point of seeking client signoff.3 votes
Allow inputting recipient group participants from workflow. This was previous functionality, but was removed.

It would be great to have the possibility to save a custom dropdown list then you can reuse it for many documents. signature process

I've been trying to figure out a way to set a web form so that a 2nd/additional level of approval by a different person is ONLY required if certain conditions are met (i.e. if a specific account type is chosen or if a requested amount exceeds a specific dollar threshold), but I cannot seem to get this to work in Adobe Sign. I've tried different role assignments, different Condition settings, but no matter what I do, the web form keeps routing the form to the 2nd level regardless of the my signer, role, or conditional field settings.1 vote
Regrowing hair on a bald spot can be challenging, but with dedication and the right approach, how to regrow hair on bald spot fast:
Scalp Massage: Stimulate blood circulation with regular scalp massages to nourish hair follicles.

If a form input field in a web-form is set to multi-line, the document is sent for review with no way for the next signer to be able to view content they are signing. This seems like a legal liability, in addition to a severely broken interaction.
This is unacceptable; it is, at the least, trivial for a form-filler to hide text without the signer being aware. If there is a multi-line field, there needs be either:
1) A way to force signers to "expand" the multi-line boxes before signing
2) A way for Orgs to "approve" forms that permits…3 votes
Currently users cannot copy and paste fields in bulk (Ctrl+C/V).
Users can copy by right-clicking individual fields, but they cannot do it in bulk. Deleting in bulk is possible by right-clicking and keyboard.
Either through right-clicking, or keyboard shortcuts, users should have a way to increase the speed and ease of adding fields in bulk.3 votes
A different signing program allowed me to make a copy of an agreement I already sent and edit it. This increased productivity significantly because we could make a copy of sent documents that only required a few quick changes rather than starting from scratch.3 votes
Allow edits if it's not yet signed. Sometimes minor changes are requested (like fixing an address) & would be nice to not have to start over
When I used DocuSign we could make changes to an agreement and the attached documents as long as signing hadn't begun. This made work very efficient if we had to correct an address or phone number or some other minor field. With Adobe Sign, we have to start completely over if any corrections are requested. This can really cut down on productivity and we have considered switching back to DocuSign for this reason.1 vote
