Acrobat Sign - General

Your feedback is essential to helping us shape the future of Acrobat Sign. That’s why we have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to create this site to hear your ideas and suggestions. Here, you can send us ideas for new features you’d like to see or report bugs that are getting in your way.

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion, or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information). Spam, content that promotes illegal activity, vulgar or abusive language, or fraudulent or phishing links are not allowed on this platform.

UserVoice is a third-party platform for product feedback. The Acrobat Sign team regularly reviews ideas and incorporates them into product planning discussions. We can’t guarantee specific features or development timelines, but we read every suggestion and respond where we can. Please note that feedback is voluntary, and if you provide feedback, you give Adobe the right to use it without restrictions.

Submit feature requests and bug reports to our product teams via this UserVoice site. You can also look at ideas and issues that other users have submitted and vote for ideas you like.

How it works:

  • Select the feedback forum for your product.
  • Browse ideas and vote for the ones you like.
  • If your feature idea or issue is not listed, post it.

Vote, or add your suggestions and comments for the Acrobat Sign electronic signature solution.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Integration with Jobvite ATS

    Would love to be able to integrate with our ATS, Jobvite, for ease of offer letter signatures!

  2. for e-sign procedure

    • I need the system just shows only e-mails that most sent or recent e-mail I've sent. (it always auto-shows a lot of unnecessary emails it could be mistaken picked in the loop)

    • Auto-place fields and Field templates buttons show late after E-sign button, those two buttons are kind of unnecessary here on the top of the row, one is always mistaken picked and it's a wrong button of course! We, the senders, need exactly and manually recheck the document here.

    • "Error saving mobile focus form fields" box -- I think it only show once is enough and not the sender…

  3. Cannot Cancel a contract for Breach of contract

    There should be an official option to cancel a signed contract if the other party breaches that contract. In my case, I have a room rental that we both signed and the tenant tells me he does not have the funds for the security deposit which is a requirement when signing the agreement, He told me he will give it to me when he arrives in 15 days, but that is not the agreement. Therefor I am terminating his contract for breach. But I cannot cancel the contract in Adobe.

  4. Note Icon in Manage is MISSING

    Please add back the icon in the Manage page so we can see the NOTES that are entered for a completed agreement!
