There is a flaw/bug in the "recipients" section. Adobe Sign often says a recipient has "viewed" a document even if they have not opened it.
I ran a test where I sent a document to my student assistant. She did not even have her email open and Adobe Sign displayed that the signer had "viewed" document. Impossible! Unreliable aspect of this program.
