Ability to "change the name" / "rename" Adobe Web Form
I've spent 6 hours making a web form and went to change the name at the end.
It turns out you can't do this once it is published. You cannot move it back into draft and change it.
I would like to not have to spend another 6 hours rebuilding the form just to change the name at the very beginning (this is a public facing form)
Please add the ability to change the name of a Form.
I would also like the ability to Duplicate a web form.

Auto-Number Feature
I would like the ability to have an auto-number field feature for documents/templates such as purchase requisitions which makes it a lot easier to keep a track of and for the purchasing department to reference them in the future.

Add Name change option in Webforms to ensure they can adapt business requirement changes
The webforms name should be set to allow for editing. This is important to allow for enterprise products ability to use this feature, so they can adapt business requirement changes

Ensure default and available authentication methods are read from the selected group when the option "Users in multiple groups" is enabled
When enabling the Users In Multiple Groups functionality and a sender selects a Send from group all the associated Group Setting should be used. Currenty the following settings are defined by the senders primary group and not the selected Send from group:

Change DOB requirement to "over 18" checkbox
Applies to all Adobe Terms and Conditions. There's no legitimate reason to ask for a user's date of birth in the terms and conditions.
If the purpose is to make sure a user is over 18 to purchase and understand the terms, as suggested here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/why-am-i-being-required-to-give-my-date-of-birth/m-p/12320143), then provide an "over 18" checkbox.
As a user, my DOB shouldn't be used for other purposes.

Allow the ability to modify a document regardless if document was sent through a workflow.
Documents that need to be edited after it was sent for signatures, but still not signed by the 1st signature should be allowed.

Password protect a webform after signing
I would like to give the ability to users to password-protect documents when they complete signing them as a web form. Then, they would have to communicate to the sender what the password is. Otherwise, many sensitive items end up in a user's email inbox unprotected.
This should also come along with the ability to assign a field as a password. So there will be a field in the form that's required like, "Social Security Number" that you can enforce the format and this way if I already know my client's social security number, that will automatically be the password.…2 votes -

Increase number of initials (visa/rubric) per Transaction
On both Adobe Sign editions (Business/Enterprise) version the number signers per transaction is 25. However, in the Enterprise version it is possible request increase, by opening a ticket in Admin Console (tip).
Some cases in Brazil, have documents that have signer more than 25 signers per transactions needs. example: meeting minutes, class attendance list, petitions, agreements with employees.
Suggestion: Adobe could increase the max number of signers per transaction: but these users can place initials/visas (valid for knowledge about content and not necessary legal consent, such as a signature).

Allow users with access to a shared document to send a signature reminder, regardless of whether the sender's account is inactive.
When an employee departs our organization, they often have pending documents out for signature. We therefore share their account with one of our current employees so that we can monitor those pending documents. We also remove the departed employee's license to Adobe Sign and re-assign it to a new employee.
Although we can view the status of the departed employee's documents, we are blocked from sending signature reminders to the recipients because the departed employee no longer has a license.

Update email address on an existing Adobe Sign account.
I have a user with an Adobe Sign account (Federated License) and she recently changed her name and thus email account. However, with sso she cannot log in and update her old account (or I as an admin) so she cannot access her old documents unless she "shares" her old account with her new one, which is a huge hassle. Please give the option to simply update an email address on an existing account.

allow sharing sent agreements but not received agreements
There should be a way for group members to be able to automatically share agreements they've sent but not have the agreements that they're just recipients for shared. Too much work to share each agreement individually.
Use case was sending agreements to clients, everyone should be able to see those to avoid doubling up, but the people sending the agreements also sometimes get sensitive agreements sent to them that shouldn't be shared.

Adobe Acrobat Sign with 21 CFR part 11 is complicated for recipients without account
Our clients told us DocuSign (with 21 CFR part 11) is much easier for recipients that don't have an account. To comply with 21 CFR part 11, recipients must create (or at least email and password) to sign and that's complicated in Adobe Acrobat Sign after receiving the link. Please make it easier for them to authenticate using their email and new password.

Individual Support Contact & Link
Today Adobe supports only own support links and there is no option to assign in the system an individual support contact and link which refer to our own company support setup. Such a feature would be quite important so that end users will be directed to right support contact or materials which are company specific.

It's a legal requirement that Signees within the Pharmaceutical sector is required to select a predefined Signing Reason.
The signing reasons are declared at Account Level in a specific language - like US English.
But, if the Signee has selected another signing language, no Signing Reasons are available. As this is a legal requirement, this is a major compliance issue.
There is at least 32 languages – several of these cannot be entered via all keyboards.(like Chinese, Korean, Japanese)

Megasign should allow delegation
When you now send with Megasign recepients cannot delegate. When sending hundreds of contracts it is possible that another person in the company you are sending it to should sign it. Therefore is is super important the delegate feature works with Megasign.

Make the Message textbox on the Send page scale with large inputs
Instead of a fixed size with scrollbar, the text input should resize when the entered text is long enough, being able to see everything you've typed at a glance makes it easier to double check.

Finder extension/plug in on MAC
It would be nice if Adobe Sign had a finder plugin for MACS. That way we can quickly see an option to Sign with AdobeSign by right clicking on a PDF. Quickly taking us to our AdobeSign account, with the PDF already uploaded and ready to send out.
Dropbox (HelloSign) already has this feature and it is tempting and will only get more tempting once they add more feature.
