  1. Tab order should follow original document or be editable in webforms

    I have a multi-column form which needs to tab down the page then back up to the top of the next column. I spent a considerable amount of time editing the tab order in Acrobat to follow the pattern of the document. When I load the document into webforms it ignores the tab order from the source document and instead does it's own thing, which for my document means it's tabbing all over the place instead of following the flow of the document.   2. Fix Bug in Adobe Sign for Salesforce

    When creating data or merge mapping records, if an object has more than 1,000 fields the visual force page throws an error - collection size 1,178 exceeds maximum size of 1,000. We are unable create a merge or data mapping. Reference E-002043142 and E-001998867

  3. Template Folder

    Our organization supports over 200 individual buildings, each with hundreds of recurring document templates such as procedures, compliance forms, access authorizations, and operational approvals. Today, all templates exist in a single list, which creates the following challenges:

    Difficult template discovery and slower user workflows
    Increased risk of selecting the wrong template for the wrong building
    Limited ability to delegate ownership or manage access by location or team
    Poor scalability as the number of templates continues to grow

    Introduce template folders and subfolders within Acrobat Sign that allow administrators to organize templates by logical groupings such as:

  4. Dynamic File Naming Using Signer or Field Values

    I would like the ability to dynamically populate the signed agreement file name using either a signer name or the value from a specific form field.
    For example:

    [Template Name] – [Signer Name].pdf
    [Template Name] – [Student ID Field].pdf
    [Department] – [Signer Last Name] – Signed.pdf

    This would allow organizations to generate meaningful, consistent, and searchable file names automatically at the time of signing, without requiring manual renaming after download or storage.

  6. Change DOB requirement to "over 18" checkbox

    Applies to all Adobe Terms and Conditions. There's no legitimate reason to ask for a user's date of birth in the terms and conditions.

    If the purpose is to make sure a user is over 18 to purchase and understand the terms, as suggested here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/why-am-i-being-required-to-give-my-date-of-birth/m-p/12320143), then provide an "over 18" checkbox.

    As a user, my DOB shouldn't be used for other purposes.

  7. Password protect a webform after signing

    I would like to give the ability to users to password-protect documents when they complete signing them as a web form. Then, they would have to communicate to the sender what the password is. Otherwise, many sensitive items end up in a user's email inbox unprotected.
    This should also come along with the ability to assign a field as a password. So there will be a field in the form that's required like, "Social Security Number" that you can enforce the format and this way if I already know my client's social security number, that will automatically be the password.…

  8. Allow the ability to modify a document regardless if document was sent through a workflow.

    Documents that need to be edited after it was sent for signatures, but still not signed by the 1st signature should be allowed.

  9. copy paste

    When I copy a field to paste on the next page, it pastes slightly lower than where I copied it on the previous page. It would be great if I could copy a field and paste it exactly to the same place on the next page. Additionally, I would love to see a feature where you can paste something to all pages. For example, if you need to initial each page, instead of having to paste it on each page individually, i would love to see a "paste to all pages" and have it show in the same place on…

  10. Days to Elapse before Executing, or Earliest Execution Date

    Add standard functionality to allow sender to designate the Number of Days to Elapse before the signers(s) will be able to fill out/sign the document; and/or sender to designate the Earliest Execution Date, in other words a way to prevent the parties from executing the document before a specific date or before a certain number of calendar days elapse.

  11. Make the Message textbox on the Send page scale with large inputs

    Instead of a fixed size with scrollbar, the text input should resize when the entered text is long enough, being able to see everything you've typed at a glance makes it easier to double check.

  12. Increase number of initials (visa/rubric) per Transaction

    On both Adobe Sign editions (Business/Enterprise) version the number signers per transaction is 25. However, in the Enterprise version it is possible request increase, by opening a ticket in Admin Console (tip).
    Some cases in Brazil, have documents that have signer more than 25 signers per transactions needs. example: meeting minutes, class attendance list, petitions, agreements with employees.
    Suggestion: Adobe could increase the max number of signers per transaction: but these users can place initials/visas (valid for knowledge about content and not necessary legal consent, such as a signature).

  13. allow sharing sent agreements but not received agreements

    There should be a way for group members to be able to automatically share agreements they've sent but not have the agreements that they're just recipients for shared. Too much work to share each agreement individually.

    Use case was sending agreements to clients, everyone should be able to see those to avoid doubling up, but the people sending the agreements also sometimes get sensitive agreements sent to them that shouldn't be shared.

  14. Able to turn reminder messages on or off on weekends

    Would be nice to have the capability to turn off Adobe Sign reminders on weekends. In some cases, people don't want to receive & respond to non-essential signatures. Two scenarios:

    1. As an agreement sender, to choose whether reminders are sent on weekends or not; and
    2. As an agreement recipient/signer, to choose whether or not to receive reminders on weekends.

  15. Assign field template in a workflow (automatically predefined or as part of the workflow)

    It would be ideal if an existing field layer template could be assigned to a document in a workflow. Currently one must run the workflow and remember to apply the correct template manually so that the signature fields appear. For example, a prefilled Purchase Order needs to be sent for two signatures that are applied automatically by the template prior to sending. Others have asked for this in the Community.

  16. Allow edits to envelope sent in bulk format and not just individual sent envelopes

  17. Finder extension/plug in on MAC

    It would be nice if Adobe Sign had a finder plugin for MACS. That way we can quickly see an option to Sign with AdobeSign by right clicking on a PDF. Quickly taking us to our AdobeSign account, with the PDF already uploaded and ready to send out.

    Dropbox (HelloSign) already has this feature and it is tempting and will only get more tempting once they add more feature.

  18. Adobe Sign feature on SharePoint Sites using Microsoft 365 Groups

    The Adobe Sign feature can be added to SharePoint sites manually. By default, users with SharePoint Membership rights (“Users in default members/owners group with Edit permissions”) and a valid Adobe Sign license can use this feature. If you transfer the users to the Microsoft 365 Group, they technically keep their membership status on the SharePoint site, but they can`t use the Adobe Sign feature anymore, as the standard setting of Adobe Sign states, that only Members (“Users in default members/owners group with Edit permissions”) can use Adobe Sign.

  19. Rollout Adobe Sign by default on each SharePoint site

    Currently the Adobe Sign feature needs to be added to each SharePoint Site manually.

    It should be possible to add the Adobe Sign feature by default to every new created SharePoint site.
