Acrobat Sign - General

  1. Remove email addresses from the suggestion list

    Need the ability to remove email addresses that have changed, are no longer needed, misspelled, etc. The old format offered this, I'm surprised the new version does not. This should be a top priority for implementation.

  2. Please add notifications for if someone disables reminders on a document that has been sent.

    If a customer decides not to sign up they will often disable the reminders on the document but not tell me that they have chosen not to participate. Get notified when someone disables the reminders would be helpful because I would know this person probably isn't worth following up with.

  3. Go Back to the Previous Version

    The look and feel of the program before the forced new platform was more user friendly. The date customization SUCKS on the new platform. I have had to re route documents twice because I can't make a default and have to manually choose mm/dd/yy. I'm sick of accidentally grabbing dd/mm/yy. I should not have to slide "Sign in order" each time. Make THAT the default again. Or let us set up default settings! Let me set it to dd/mm/yy as my default. Let me set my default to signing in order. The new feel is just awful. I hate it.…

  4. "Take action on your agreements" Pop-up message that appears all the time

    I can't remove the pop-up message even when I click on it every time it appears.

  6. Allow Documents to be automatically named in a Workflow

    When sending out documents for signatures, attaching a file will automatically update the "Agreement Name" to be the same as the name of the file you have attached. When creating a Workflow, the Workflow designer forces you to create a default name for the document that would be sent out using the workflow (it cannot be left blank).

    Please provide the ability in the Workflow designer to not FORCE the name of a document, and allow it to be automatically generated. I have to educate many people on how to send out similar documents to the same people on a…

  7. email attachment file names

    when signing for multiple unique documents and email attachments are returned to the initiator of the agreement, the files are renamed after the subject (first set when creating agreement) and ending in PART1, PART2, PART3, etc.

    I suggest having the files be returned with the original names as an option. users have to open each attachment to figure out what's what. renaming the file can be cumbersome when there are many attachments.
