  1. Define common area that users can comment freely during the e signature process.

    Feature to include a pre-defined area (comment section) in a doc that any member can comment on during the e-signature process. Otherwise, the owner has to cancel the doc and re-send time to time by defining individual areas. If a free common area, approvers can comment if they required to include to the document.

  2. Acrobat Web app fails to correctly implement checkbox styles, colors + data replication

    The design and behavior of check box properties are well-established in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Reader.
    Unfortunately some of these properties are not compatible with Adobe web apps (including web forms and signature templates and Adobe Sign)

    If a PDF document has defined more than one 'check box' with the same 'Name' property, the boxes are internally named with an appended '#' (number sign) and digit(s), starting from 0 and counting upward. Example: Gender#0, Gender#1, Gender#2, etc. Each numbered instance of the checkbox has individual properties including:

    Check Box Style  (Six possible choices)
        Check
        Circle
        Cross
        Diamond
        Square
        Star

  3. Ability to use secured PDF's for e-signature requests just like classic was able to do.

    Adobe classic didn't care if you uploaded a secured document or not for e-signature. It worked flawlessly either way.
    The new version prevents the use of secured documents and instead returns the following error message:
    "This document is a secured file and cannot be e-signed."
    Please restore this functionality for security reasons.

  4. Fix auto saving issue with signatures.

    When saving a PDF from Outlook which is the final version with signatures, I am suddenly brought deep into a cache file instead of the normal 'recent save locations' appearing. I save this type of PDF at least once a week, and this issue only began within the last few days but is very consistent. It only happens with the signature-related files and is infuriating.

    I contacted support and they said its not a bug, but it definitely is as its not normal behaviour for the app at all. Please fix it.

  5. Drag and drop files into e-signature form using desktop version in new experience is not working.

    Drag and drop files into e-signature form using desktop version in new experience is not working. The file opens in a new tab instead of adding to the list of documents being sent for signature.

  6. Bulk Form Review and Approval

    The case in mind is a web form that is used for invoice review. It goes through 2 levels of approval. The last person in line typically reviews all pending invoices once a week so there can be many waiting for them when they log in. The process of opening one, doing the approval and then getting back to the list to open the next one is tedious. The ability to open the first one and have the next one in the queue automatically open similar to the idea of flipping to the next page would be nice.

  7. Add Undo and Redo Buttons to Adobe Sign Webforms

    Currently, Adobe Sign Webforms lacks an Undo and Redo function, making it difficult to correct mistakes or revert unintended changes efficiently. Adding these buttons would improve user experience by allowing quick adjustments without needing to start over.

  8. Delete recipients

    Delete recipient email addresses! In the old experience you could delete a recipient email address. This was handy if your client left, a client updated their email address or you entered the wrong email address. Now in the new experience you cannot delete anything!

  9. Form Field Templates Don't Allows Align With Documents Under the "Modern Experience"

    Form Field Templates that aligned perfectly fine with the classic experience will be applied incorrectly half of the time when using the modern experience. I'm not sure if it's under workflows, or while trying to send as a default document. When the document comes up to be "previewed", sometimes the intial view for all of the pages of the document appear to be very tiny. Usually, when this happens, the form field templates are either: A) misaligned, B) not to scale, C) both A and B. Please investigate and find out why this is happening only sometimes.

  10. Auto-Number Feature

    I would like the ability to have an auto-number field feature for documents/templates such as purchase requisitions which makes it a lot easier to keep a track of and for the purchasing department to reference them in the future.

  11. US date format (MO/DAY/YEAR) is needed!!

    I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to get electronic signatures on documents. People are always confused with the date section, which always lists the date as DAY/MO/YEAR, so that August 10, 2025 is listed as 10/8/25 rather than the US standard 8/10/25. As a result, I ALWAYS get calls from signers saying that the date is showing up 'wrong'. I finally decided to contact Adobe customer support and was told that I need an 'enterprise level subscription' in order to show the signing date in the proper US format. I know the United States is one of a minority of countries…

  13. Auto populate phone number if user profile in Adobe Sign contains number

    Auto populate phone number if user profile in Adobe Sign contains number. When setting up agreement recipients, if a person is added who is a user in Adobe Sign, can the SMS phone verification field be populated with the telephone number held in their user profile. This is something that I think is available in Docusign and would save time.

  14. Provide better user-group sync capabilities when Sign console is linked to Admin Console

    At this moment, when the Sign console is linked to the Admin Console (where all user-management is centralised and managed e.g. by Active Directory sync), newly created users are not automatically inheriting the user-group settings from e.g. Admin Console.

    It forces admins to still log into the Sign Console, create user-groups there, then assign users. It is a still manual process, bound to human error.

    When a Sign console is linked to the Admin console it should inherit all user-groups (and their permissions/settings) from there without manual interactions.

  16. Ensure default and available authentication methods are read from the selected group when the option "Users in multiple groups" is enabled

    When enabling the Users In Multiple Groups functionality and a sender selects a Send from group all the associated Group Setting should be used. Currenty the following settings are defined by the senders primary group and not the selected Send from group:

    • Enable the following identity authentication methods for recipients
    • By default, use the following method

  17. Multiline Form fields in Web Forms

    If a form input field in a web-form is set to multi-line, the document is sent for review with no way for the next signer to be able to view content they are signing. This seems like a legal liability, in addition to a severely broken interaction.

    This is unacceptable; it is, at the least, trivial for a form-filler to hide text without the signer being aware. If there is a multi-line field, there needs be either:

    1) A way to force signers to "expand" the multi-line boxes before signing
    2) A way for Orgs to "approve" forms that permits…

  19. Adobe Sign send in bulk: Preview before send

    When using the 'send in bulk' feature (formerly Mega Sign)the preview should give you a view of at least what one of the sent requests will look like (pre-populated with details pull from spreadsheet). Ideally also some information on how many users it will send to and which fields will be populated. E.g. if there is a mapping error it would be easier to spot on the preview and fix the spreadsheet. Possible a second preview page before sending.
