Address Book: Fully CRUD compliant
When a document is sent to an address with a small typo - and at the end of a trail of signatures, the document doesn't go through and bounces back, that is a problem. But the bigger problem is when you go to send something to that person again at a later date, and then the system automatically pulls up the address the way it was entered the first time (with the typo) - and if you don't catch it, the problem happens all over again. Please make the address book editable!

Is an actual address book still a planned feature? This idea was posted nearly 4 years ago. My users complain regularly that they want an actual address book with the ability to edit contacts.

Can you comment on the auto-complete capability? It was a faster way to get users access to their previously entered contacts and an address book implementation. We still are planning the address book but if you start typing a previously used ID it will be completed for you.

I agree! My users hate this problem, invalid or bad emails being used in the predictive email send and no way to manage address book, etc. Had I realized how painful this would be, I think it might've been a deal breaker for us in evaluating the different vendors and who to go with as this is a day-to-day routine type of functionality that should be a part of the product.

Completely agree. Everytime I demo Adobe Sign to a new group of users, they ask about the address book, and those familiar with DocuSign will start the comparison between what DocuSign has versus what Adobe Sign has, we really want to promote the product but hard to when some key features are missing.

I always send the documents from Adobe pdf reader because Reader remembers the filled in email addresses! The other method (interface) does not remember earlier filled in email addresses!
If they putt this function in the interface it saves a lot of copy and paste! Also in the message text to customers, is a memoryfunction for the text I often send, very handy.
Now I have to type the text again and again( or copy paste)
Thanks in advance!

I cannot agree more with what most have said here. Just add an address book in the new user interface! PLEASE!

Why do user requested changes take years to implement (or reject). There is no closure!

Address book, either done manually or integration with your current email platform, would be a really valuable resource.

This should be moved up in priority. Ideally I would like to see an address book (DocuSign has this) with Name, Company and E-mail address. I would also like to be able to flag certain people I send to as Favorites so they show up at the top.

A way to access our Outlook Address Book would be great. Or just to add an Address Book feature to EchoSign would be good. It's tedious to have to type in the email addresses every time.

I will not renew my subscription if this is not corrected. I just don't understand why you want to change for the worse when the previous system worked better.

So that if you regularly send out documents to the same group of people, you do not have to copy and past each email address.

Add the address book to the Share feature so that you don't have to retype the addresses each time you share a document.

Please bring back the address book.

This idea is shown at least three times. Suggest you combine them to get all comments and votes in one place, please. It's causing all kinds of problems - I have as many as eight addresses for one person. How hard could this change be?

In general, it would be nice to have a simple address book like in an email account. Right now it's just a laundry list of names...

This seems like such a simple feature request and yet it's been a year and a half since it was proposed ... I agree with Anonymous below - why hasn't it been done already??

Be able to manage the address book. Currently if you mistype an email address and it gets saved, there is no way to remove it from the systerm.
