  1. Allow edits if it's not yet signed. Sometimes minor changes are requested (like fixing an address) & would be nice to not have to start over

    When I used DocuSign we could make changes to an agreement and the attached documents as long as signing hadn't begun. This made work very efficient if we had to correct an address or phone number or some other minor field. With Adobe Sign, we have to start completely over if any corrections are requested. This can really cut down on productivity and we have considered switching back to DocuSign for this reason.

    Bio-Pharma Settings: Default Account Language Signing Reasons

    It's a legal requirement that Signees within the Pharmaceutical sector is required to select a predefined Signing Reason.

    The signing reasons are declared at Account Level in a specific language - like US English.

    But, if the Signee has selected another signing language, no Signing Reasons are available. As this is a legal requirement, this is a major compliance issue.
    There is at least 32 languages – several of these cannot be entered via all keyboards.(like Chinese, Korean, Japanese)

  4. allow setting to split documents after signature to be applied to groups

    Split signed documents option at the user or group level. We have a subset of users that need the functionality of splitting the signed document for their process. The majority of our users prefer the single document, therefore we do not want to apply this setting globally.

  7. HOW TO CONVERT 0.33 AS A FRACTION?

    For converting 0.33 as a fraction, you must follow three steps: Write a given number in the form of a simple fraction ie. 0.33/1.
    Multiply both numerator and denominator by 10 for every number after the decimal point ie. 0.33100/1100 that gives 33/100.
    Reduce the obtained fraction by dividing it by its multiples or common factor. As 33/100 cannot be reduced further so the value of 0.33 in fraction is 33/100.

  9. Rollout Adobe Sign by default on each SharePoint site

    Currently the Adobe Sign feature needs to be added to each SharePoint Site manually.

    It should be possible to add the Adobe Sign feature by default to every new created SharePoint site.

  10. Adobe Sign feature on SharePoint Sites using Microsoft 365 Groups

    The Adobe Sign feature can be added to SharePoint sites manually. By default, users with SharePoint Membership rights (“Users in default members/owners group with Edit permissions”) and a valid Adobe Sign license can use this feature. If you transfer the users to the Microsoft 365 Group, they technically keep their membership status on the SharePoint site, but they can`t use the Adobe Sign feature anymore, as the standard setting of Adobe Sign states, that only Members (“Users in default members/owners group with Edit permissions”) can use Adobe Sign.

  11. Assign field template in a workflow (automatically predefined or as part of the workflow)

    It would be ideal if an existing field layer template could be assigned to a document in a workflow. Currently one must run the workflow and remember to apply the correct template manually so that the signature fields appear. For example, a prefilled Purchase Order needs to be sent for two signatures that are applied automatically by the template prior to sending. Others have asked for this in the Community.

  12. Days to Elapse before Executing, or Earliest Execution Date

    Add standard functionality to allow sender to designate the Number of Days to Elapse before the signers(s) will be able to fill out/sign the document; and/or sender to designate the Earliest Execution Date, in other words a way to prevent the parties from executing the document before a specific date or before a certain number of calendar days elapse.

  13. Make the Message textbox on the Send page scale with large inputs

    Instead of a fixed size with scrollbar, the text input should resize when the entered text is long enough, being able to see everything you've typed at a glance makes it easier to double check.

  15. Finder extension/plug in on MAC

    It would be nice if Adobe Sign had a finder plugin for MACS. That way we can quickly see an option to Sign with AdobeSign by right clicking on a PDF. Quickly taking us to our AdobeSign account, with the PDF already uploaded and ready to send out.

    Dropbox (HelloSign) already has this feature and it is tempting and will only get more tempting once they add more feature.
