  1. "Repeat Field on All Pages" for Digital Signature

    For the normal "Signature" field you can repeat the field when you have multiple documents to sign.
    Let's say you have 10 documents, you can repeat the "Signature" field and click "Next" to easily add your signature to the next pages.
    For the more advanced and more secure "Digital Signature" field you cannot repeat the field at this moment.
    Sometimes official documents with an advanced digital signature need to be sent to for example 100 people.
    At this moment we can only do this efficiently for normal signatures, but they don't have the same legal value as digital signatures.

  2. Add/remove recipients of agreements in draft should be allowed please since we save on-going work in drafts to complete later

    We save work in drafts to finish later. This is not a sent agreement to restrict recipients, Please allow add/remove of recipients in Drafts.

  3. enable tracking of total agreements purchased and consumed by an organization

    Some organizations pre purchase a set number of agreements/transactions annually and then pay an increased rate if they consume/create additional agreements. Admins should be able to see when the annual billing period commences and how many agreements have been used to date.

  5. In the bulk send for acrobat sign, enable a BCC option.

    In the bulk send for acrobat sign, enable a BCC option. We have a use case where we are sending the same document which needs to be signed by a number of users. We are sending this to a distrobution email, but would like to option to BCC the email instead of everyone knowing who received the document and who has to sign it.

  6. CC needs to receive also messages of declining a contract

    A CC is not receiving any message when a contract is declined, that is strange as the function of a CC is that he/she will recieve ALL messages the sender is receiving. Please make sure that a CC receives also the message if a contract is declined (including the reason etc).

  7. New Feature: Allow users to Copy/Paste fields when Previewing & Adding fields

    Currently users cannot copy and paste fields in bulk (Ctrl+C/V).

    Users can copy by right-clicking individual fields, but they cannot do it in bulk. Deleting in bulk is possible by right-clicking and keyboard.

    Either through right-clicking, or keyboard shortcuts, users should have a way to increase the speed and ease of adding fields in bulk.

  8. Allow group admins to manage sharing for users in the group without being an account admin

    Because we have multiple groups, a group admin cannot delegate sharing in a group that they are admin of without being an account admin. It would be great if they had the sharing tab avaiable to them.

  10. Remove the word "agreement"- replace it with "document"

    Remove the work "agreement" in the whole Adobe Acrobat Sign and replace with "document". Because it is not just used to sign an agreement .

  11. Allow sender to specify number of required signers within recipient group

    At the moment when any member of a Recipient Group signs, they sign on behalf of their whole group and the document moves onto the next Recipient.

    There are situations where the Sender needs signatures from any 2 members of the recipient group. Or, from 3 out of 5 members, etc. For example, a Payment Authorisation that needs signatures from any two Board members.

    The current workaround is not ideal because it involves splitting signers into subgroups, which doesn't always work operationally.

    Please consider (on the Send screen) allowing the Sender to specify the number of members within the recipient…

  12. Add Name change option in Webforms to ensure they can adapt business requirement changes

    The webforms name should be set to allow for editing. This is important to allow for enterprise products ability to use this feature, so they can adapt business requirement changes

  14. Add an expiration to completed agreements

    For our company, we have agreements that expire 6 months after they are signed. We often find ourselves with expired agreements and have to resend them in a hurry. We would like to know if it is possible to add a notification to completed agreements that will remind us that it is due to expire and to send out another one so we have it signed BEFORE the expiration date so we operate within the parameters of the law.   15. Ensure default and available authentication methods are read from the selected group when the option "Users in multiple groups" is enabled

    When enabling the Users In Multiple Groups functionality and a sender selects a Send from group all the associated Group Setting should be used. Currenty the following settings are defined by the senders primary group and not the selected Send from group:

    • Enable the following identity authentication methods for recipients
    • By default, use the following method

  16. Bug: Forwarded Acrobat Sign email grants access to others' signature

    When the Acrobat Sign email, requesting a signature, is forwarded (not delegated) to a third party, that person can sign the document with the forwarding party's signature.

    For example:

    • Person A requests a signature from Person B, and Person B receives the Acrobat Sign email asking for a signature.
    • Person B forwards this email to Person C.
    • Person C follows the link in the forwarded (not delegated) email and opens the document in Adobe Sign.
    • In Acrobat Sign, when Person C clicks on the signature field, they see Person B's signature.

  17. Add a configuration option not to flatten PDF files when uploading for e-Signatures

    Adobe Acrobat Sign is stripping off Certificates applied prior to uploading for e-Signatures. Please create an option in the Account Configuration to not strip off the Signatures for Digital Signatures placed using the Adobe Acrobat desktop products. Many large companies have internal systems for routing documents for signatures (using required Certificate Authorities) up until the point of seeking client signoff.

  18. It would be great to have the possibility to save a custom dropdown list then you can reuse it for many documents. signature process

  19. Multiline Form fields in Web Forms

    If a form input field in a web-form is set to multi-line, the document is sent for review with no way for the next signer to be able to view content they are signing. This seems like a legal liability, in addition to a severely broken interaction.

    This is unacceptable; it is, at the least, trivial for a form-filler to hide text without the signer being aware. If there is a multi-line field, there needs be either:

    1) A way to force signers to "expand" the multi-line boxes before signing
    2) A way for Orgs to "approve" forms that permits…

  20. Change the placement of the Terms of Use Continue button on webforms to the middle of the screen

    When opening a web form to fill out, the Terms of Use disclaimer appears at the bottom of the screen and prompts the user to click Continue.
    The placement of the button at the bottom of the screen confuses many users who aren't careful to read the small text. They immediately think the Continue button is for submitting the form. Then, they are confused as to why they can't fill out the form. It is poor UX design to put the button on the bottom of the screen. It should be in the middle or possibly very clear on the…
