Auto-Number Feature
I would like the ability to have an auto-number field feature for documents/templates such as purchase requisitions which makes it a lot easier to keep a track of and for the purchasing department to reference them in the future.

Ensure default and available authentication methods are read from the selected group when the option "Users in multiple groups" is enabled
When enabling the Users In Multiple Groups functionality and a sender selects a Send from group all the associated Group Setting should be used. Currenty the following settings are defined by the senders primary group and not the selected Send from group:

In the bulk send for acrobat sign, enable a BCC option.
In the bulk send for acrobat sign, enable a BCC option. We have a use case where we are sending the same document which needs to be signed by a number of users. We are sending this to a distrobution email, but would like to option to BCC the email instead of everyone knowing who received the document and who has to sign it.

"Repeat Field on All Pages" for Digital Signature
For the normal "Signature" field you can repeat the field when you have multiple documents to sign.
Let's say you have 10 documents, you can repeat the "Signature" field and click "Next" to easily add your signature to the next pages.
For the more advanced and more secure "Digital Signature" field you cannot repeat the field at this moment.
Sometimes official documents with an advanced digital signature need to be sent to for example 100 people.
At this moment we can only do this efficiently for normal signatures, but they don't have the same legal value as digital signatures.

Adobe Sign send in bulk: Preview before send
When using the 'send in bulk' feature (formerly Mega Sign)the preview should give you a view of at least what one of the sent requests will look like (pre-populated with details pull from spreadsheet). Ideally also some information on how many users it will send to and which fields will be populated. E.g. if there is a mapping error it would be easier to spot on the preview and fix the spreadsheet. Possible a second preview page before sending.

Loss of Functionality in Recent Upgrades to Adobe Sign vs Classic Adobe Sign Experience
When I send out contracts for signature the first step is for the person at our firm who is requesting the contract to act as approver. It then goes to the signatory(ies). For whatever reason, the e-mail from Echo Sign often ends up in a junk mail or clutter folder. In those cases when enough time has elapsed, I send a Reminder via Adobe Sign to the requestor/approver to be in touch with the signatory(ies) to see what is happening. Change DOB requirement to "over 18" checkbox
Applies to all Adobe Terms and Conditions. There's no legitimate reason to ask for a user's date of birth in the terms and conditions.
If the purpose is to make sure a user is over 18 to purchase and understand the terms, as suggested here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/why-am-i-being-required-to-give-my-date-of-birth/m-p/12320143), then provide an "over 18" checkbox.
As a user, my DOB shouldn't be used for other purposes.

allow setting to split documents after signature to be applied to groups
Split signed documents option at the user or group level. We have a subset of users that need the functionality of splitting the signed document for their process. The majority of our users prefer the single document, therefore we do not want to apply this setting globally.

HOW TO CONVERT 0.33 AS A FRACTION?
For converting 0.33 as a fraction, you must follow three steps: Write a given number in the form of a simple fraction ie. 0.33/1.
Multiply both numerator and denominator by 10 for every number after the decimal point ie. 0.33100/1100 that gives 33/100.
Reduce the obtained fraction by dividing it by its multiples or common factor. As 33/100 cannot be reduced further so the value of 0.33 in fraction is 33/100.1 vote -
Make the Message textbox on the Send page scale with large inputs
Instead of a fixed size with scrollbar, the text input should resize when the entered text is long enough, being able to see everything you've typed at a glance makes it easier to double check.

Rollout Adobe Sign by default on each SharePoint site
Currently the Adobe Sign feature needs to be added to each SharePoint Site manually.
It should be possible to add the Adobe Sign feature by default to every new created SharePoint site.

Able to turn reminder messages on or off on weekends
Would be nice to have the capability to turn off Adobe Sign reminders on weekends. In some cases, people don't want to receive & respond to non-essential signatures. Two scenarios:
- As an agreement sender, to choose whether reminders are sent on weekends or not; and
- As an agreement recipient/signer, to choose whether or not to receive reminders on weekends.

Finder extension/plug in on MAC
It would be nice if Adobe Sign had a finder plugin for MACS. That way we can quickly see an option to Sign with AdobeSign by right clicking on a PDF. Quickly taking us to our AdobeSign account, with the PDF already uploaded and ready to send out.
Dropbox (HelloSign) already has this feature and it is tempting and will only get more tempting once they add more feature.

Increase number of initials (visa/rubric) per Transaction
On both Adobe Sign editions (Business/Enterprise) version the number signers per transaction is 25. However, in the Enterprise version it is possible request increase, by opening a ticket in Admin Console (tip).
Some cases in Brazil, have documents that have signer more than 25 signers per transactions needs. example: meeting minutes, class attendance list, petitions, agreements with employees.
Suggestion: Adobe could increase the max number of signers per transaction: but these users can place initials/visas (valid for knowledge about content and not necessary legal consent, such as a signature).

Allow edits to envelope sent in bulk format and not just individual sent envelopes
I need the ability to edit any envelopes sent in Bulk, right now I can only do it when sending individually.

Assign field template in a workflow (automatically predefined or as part of the workflow)
It would be ideal if an existing field layer template could be assigned to a document in a workflow. Currently one must run the workflow and remember to apply the correct template manually so that the signature fields appear. For example, a prefilled Purchase Order needs to be sent for two signatures that are applied automatically by the template prior to sending. Others have asked for this in the Community.
