How can we improve the sending page, process or functionality within the Acrobat Sign web product?

Address Book: Fully CRUD compliant

When a document is sent to an address with a small typo - and at the end of a trail of signatures, the document doesn't go through and bounces back, that is a problem. But the bigger problem is when you go to send something to that person again at a later date, and then the system automatically pulls up the address the way it was entered the first time (with the typo) - and if you don't catch it, the problem happens all over again. Please make the address book editable!

    the address book really stinks as you know from all the posts below.... need a way to delete and modify existing e mail addresses.... i spent 1.5 hrs deleting over 400 records with an old e mail address just in order to have it deleted from the address book.... your tech, Don was very helpful and agreed this needs to be fixed... thanks

    I would give this idea as many votes as I can! It would be nice to be able to delete addresses that aren't being used anymore without deleting the agreements or archiving them to my hard drive.

    Currently there is no way to Delete addresses that are automatically added to the Address Book. Over time the Address Book becomes very cluttered and full of addresses that may not be needed (especially if one primarily only has one or two signing instances per person/email). It would be helpful if addresses could be deleted.

    It will save one or two steps of having to search for current contacts in your address book.
