preview

Need PREVIEW before sending that shows FIELDS that will be filled in by Signer in different colors, so a user can see that they have setup the document correctly.

    Yes, I have done that. But it is cumbersome to setup and not easy to confirm the document and blanks are filled in correctly before sending out for signature.

    I recently sent out 10 documents that needed to be signed by 2 people each and then me... I got 2 of them wrong. Unprofessional and embarrassing.

    The PREVIEW needs to let me look at the documents so I can see with confidence I set them up right, before I send it out. Make the preview in RED for PREFILL, GREEN for singer 1, BLUE for signer 2, and YELLOW for Signer 3... Show an animation, highlight the fields, etc...

    I grew up as a CIO managing technology. If I get it wrong with my experience, many other people have the same issue. I hold my breath every time I send a document out. You need to make it intuitive enough that I am confident it is right when I click SEND.

    When previewing a document before sending, there is a dropdown menu at the top left which allows you to select the email address of each of your participants. When you select a participant, you will see that the highlighted fields have been assigned to that person.
