Protected prefilled fields
Prefilled fields should have the ability to be protected so that signers can not change the contents of the field.

Any field filled by the sender or signer cannot be changed by subsequent signers. When using default values in Adobe PDF forms mark the field as ‘read only’ to prevent signers from changing the default value.

This feature is already incorporated. If you change the field type to 'prefill by sender' then the recipienet will not be able to edit it.
