Email document simultaneously to multiple recepients
The system sends documents in sequential order if there are more than one signer. The second signer is sent only when the first has signed.
There should be option to send document to all signers simultaneously.
Adobe Sign supports parallel signature processes at all levels of service.
In the Recipients section, the very top switch asks you select the basic signature order:
When Complete in Order is selected, a sequential signing process is observed from one signing step to the next.
When Complete in Any Order is enabled, parallel signing can take place

I am trying to send a document to one email that requires both him and his wife to sign (same document), however, once he enters his signature, it automatically repopulates this for all signature sections. How can I fix this so that his wife can sign in the needed "spouse" areas?

For parallel signing, unfortunately you can't assign fields to specific signers because the signing order is not pre-determined.

There is not "change" link to modify from simultaneous from sequential.

We are using existing PDF's with acrobat signature fields identified using the signHere_es_signer1_signature syntax.
Can parallel signatures still use this? How do you link an email address to a specific signing location on the existing PDF using parallel receipients?

You can send the document in parallel as well. To do so, go to the Send tab and underneath the first field where recipients are entered, you will see the text: "Recipients will sign in the order they are entered". Click on the "change" link and it will then be set so that "Recipients will sign in any order". Hope this helps.
