Hi Everyone,

You can now change the name of a library template any time you are editing the template. From the Manage tab, find your library template and click the "edit" link. Update the template name and click Save.

This is an easily programmable enhancement. I expect this kind of functionality with this type of software. I also expect the ability to set the order in which documents appear to the signer. Users at my corporation have had to reload the entire document library multiple times, and we are extremely disappointed with these issues.

When can we expect to see a new release that addresses these fundamental defects with this product? This should be escalated immediately for urgent attention.

This is a BADLY needed function! This is especially true when you have documents with dozens and dozens of fields to set up should the need to rename, or completely recreate as it stands now, a document arise.

Agreed. Certainly the account and/or group admin should have the ability to do this?

Being able to "edit" the document master at the admin level and SAVE AS a new document would seem a very basic feature. Without it, there are instances when the entire form needs to be re-created just because someone did name it appropriately.

Your attention to this would be greatly appreciated.

I just signed up with echosign and have been looking for a way to rename a document. I can't believe that this feature is not available.
