Bio-Pharma Settings: Default Account Language Signing Reasons
It's a legal requirement that Signees within the Pharmaceutical sector is required to select a predefined Signing Reason.
The signing reasons are declared at Account Level in a specific language - like US English.
But, if the Signee has selected another signing language, no Signing Reasons are available. As this is a legal requirement, this is a major compliance issue.
There is at least 32 languages – several of these cannot be entered via all keyboards.(like Chinese, Korean, Japanese)

Enable integrations in sandbox environment
According to documentation I found for AdobeSign sandboxes, they do not work with integrations.

Post rollout, for any complex workflows / new customizations we would also want testing to be done in a sandbox. Please add functionality so that integrations work in Sandboxes.

date embedded with signature does not have global setting format
Signature with date in 21CFR Bio-Pharma has the date embedded correctly but the date format does not match the set date format in global settings. However when inserting a date field, it appears correctly. Date embedded with signature should have the same set format please.

Allow users with access to a shared document to send a signature reminder, regardless of whether the sender's account is inactive.
When an employee departs our organization, they often have pending documents out for signature. We therefore share their account with one of our current employees so that we can monitor those pending documents. We also remove the departed employee's license to Adobe Sign and re-assign it to a new employee.
Although we can view the status of the departed employee's documents, we are blocked from sending signature reminders to the recipients because the departed employee no longer has a license.
Potential solutions could be:

Update email address on an existing Adobe Sign account.
I have a user with an Adobe Sign account (Federated License) and she recently changed her name and thus email account. However, with sso she cannot log in and update her old account (or I as an admin) so she cannot access her old documents unless she "shares" her old account with her new one, which is a huge hassle. Please give the option to simply update an email address on an existing account.

Adobe Acrobat Sign with 21 CFR part 11 is complicated for recipients without account
Our clients told us DocuSign (with 21 CFR part 11) is much easier for recipients that don't have an account. To comply with 21 CFR part 11, recipients must create (or at least email and password) to sign and that's complicated in Adobe Acrobat Sign after receiving the link. Please make it easier for them to authenticate using their email and new password.

Individual Support Contact & Link
Today Adobe supports only own support links and there is no option to assign in the system an individual support contact and link which refer to our own company support setup. Such a feature would be quite important so that end users will be directed to right support contact or materials which are company specific.

Megasign should allow delegation
When you now send with Megasign recepients cannot delegate. When sending hundreds of contracts it is possible that another person in the company you are sending it to should sign it. Therefore is is super important the delegate feature works with Megasign.

Enable If/Then Signer Approval Routing Depending on Other Form Field Conditions
I've been trying to figure out a way to set a web form so that a 2nd/additional level of approval by a different person is ONLY required if certain conditions are met (i.e. if a specific account type is chosen or if a requested amount exceeds a specific dollar threshold), but I cannot seem to get this to work in Adobe Sign. I've tried different role assignments, different Condition settings, but no matter what I do, the web form keeps routing the form to the 2nd level regardless of the my signer, role, or conditional field settings.

Allow setting of a date format
I'm part of the new "e-signature experience" test situation I assume is going on. My date format defaults to DD/MM/YYYY and no one in the United States dates that way. As opposed to being able to set anyone's own date format, it will always default to this way & everyone has to remember to change the date format, every......single.........time. I just spent a ridiculous amount of time in an online chat with a "tech support" rep who said this cannot be done. Each user should be able to someway, set their own date default format in this new e-signature format.

Documents should retain the original data and not loose all the data entered when selecting the Modify Document action.
When trying to just modify one field in a document that has not been signed, all the 100 fields in the documents are erased when selecting modify document action. This action should not erase all the data already on the form but allow the sender who initiated the form to go in the document and update any applicable field that needs to be updated before anyone signs the document. Having to complete an entire document again defeats the purpose of modifying a document. Why not then just cancel the document and resubmit it. This is basically what the Modifying document…

Le message d'origine est "veuillez vérifier et signer cet accord".
Je voudrait que ce message soit different incluant au minima des formules de politesse.
Je suis donc obligé de retaper systématiquement mon texte? je n'ai pas non plus la possibilité de faire un copie coller depuis l'app note par exemple?

There should not be another step required after signer hits 'Finish'
I have users think they have completed the document without hitting the 'Adopt and Sign' button. There should not be another step after a user hits a button that says 'Finish' - it is counterintuitive. Have the user hit 'Continue' or 'Proceed to Final Step' instead to avoid failed signings.

Send out the correct link when soliciting enhancement requests. I received the following link, which does not actually contain any form for me to fill out. I had to call Adobe support back to discuss the Wish List form. This took an additional half hour out of my day for them to finally send me to this site!

When clicking next from a text field on mobile, should go to next field and keep keyboard open
Very frustrating if entering in multiple text fields. Need to click on the text field instead of next. Otherwise, still need to click on the field in order to type into the field

Should add a line like docusign, so we know where the line will be for the signature/initials
When the final signature comes back from the completed agreement, the signature is floating, and there is a line with identifiers below the line. Should have a line on the template builder so we know where the line will be on the completed agreement

Spellcheck does not let you right click
Please enable those using desktop to right click as it shows when spelling is incorrect but does not allow you to right click to see suggested. This is for those filling out the form after it has been sent

Additional signatures on file
right now an account only has the option to save 2 signatures on file. I am an office manager for our company and i need to have atleast 4 signatures on file. Pleas add the ability to save 1 - 5 on file which would be extremely helpful to small businesses. Thank you!!
